Facilities Maintenance Technician 2
Responsibilities
- Develop, control and assure execution of the building preventive and corrective maintenance plan; according to laws and regulation; maximizing the use of resources and budget to assure all general services are working properly: restrooms, cafeteria equipment, etc.
- Manage (supervision, contract status, contract cost against budget, etc) critical contractors as Pest control, Security, Cleanroom cleaning and housekeeping assuring that service is delivery with excellence and complying with procedure and customer service expectative.
- Maintain and improve quality system requirements or company requirements of the systems managed by contracts; as example, assume Security is working based on PSCS regulation; respond on CAPAs related with cleanroom cleaning, etc.
- Respond to customer needs of housekeeping and remediation keeping high customer service satisfaction in the improvement activities. Project Management in expansions or remodeling
- Generate and implement cost reduction and improvements ideas.
