As a Global Implementations Director in join Global Shares (a J.P. Morgan Company), you will lead a global team of implementation professionals to implement 150+ share plan clients per year. You will be part of the senior operation committee and contribute to the strategic development of Global shares and the development of JPM Workplace Solutions. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies for successful project implementation and working closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion and handover. Additionally, you will support where necessary on all regulatory and audit business audits.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
  • Review/Evaluate all new client prospects via our internal tracking system.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the implementation team.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation phase.
  • Maintain comprehensive stats/metrics/analysis on all aspects of Implementations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or project management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or implementation roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale implementation projects and global teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective Time Management Skills and Strong Analytic Skills.
