Job Description Summary:
What do you need to bring
- Minimum experience: Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience as a ML Research Scientist or in a similar role. BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent). First-author publications in top conferences are a plus.
- Machine Learning Expertise : Strong understanding of various machine learning methods. Excellent knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, as well as MLOps platforms.
- Learning and Research: Passionate about learning state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks and algorithms from both academic and industry sources, with a habit of reading relevant research papers and a willingness to explore new areas.
- Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. Familiar with object-oriented design methodology and application development in Python.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Big Data-related technologies to manage large volumes of complex data, such as PySpark, and BigQuery.
- Problem Solving and Creativity: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to think outside the box and approach challenges with innovative solutions.
- Work Ethic: Willingness to work hard while also having fun in a dynamic and engaging environment.
