•Contribute to sensor electrical design tasks within a cross-functional team.
•Drive the entire product development lifecycle, from defining customer requirements to product release.
•Optimize designs for superior performance, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
•Generate detailed designs and documentation for sensors.
•Develop software and firmware for product, production, and laboratory use during development phases.
•Analyze complex data, presenting findings through summary charts, graphs, and reports.
•Devise sensor compensation algorithms to enhance functionality.
•Utilize analog, digital, or mixed-signal computer models for simulating various concepts.
•Adhere to a structured New Product Introduction process.
•Collaborate seamlessly with a global, cross-functional team.
•Implement design for six sigma tools and methodologies throughout the design process.
•Engage with customers, sales, marketing, production, and technical peers.
•Produce comprehensive documentation for customers, production staff, and vendors.
•Occasional Travel <10% domestic and international travel for customer visits, supplier engagements, and manufacturing site visits.


• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 4+ years of electrical engineering principles encompassing circuit development, laboratory instrumentation, component testing, product testing, and embedded firmware and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate directly customers, sales, marketing, production, and technical peers.
• Implement design for six sigma tools and methodologies throughout the design process.
• Experience in circuit modeling using PSPICE or similar programs.
• Familiarity with sensor signal conditioning design utilizing A to D converters, microcontrollers, application-specific integrated circuits, transient protection, supply regulation, and discrete components.
• Competence in design for electromagnetic compatibility.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, C++, and C for development lab and concept development product designs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Engage with customers, sales, marketing, production, and technical peers.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a global, cross-functional team.
