- 6+ years of experience leading and Embedded SW Development Team
- 6+ years of experience with C and C++ programming
- 6+ years of experience with embedded software development, system design, and architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

- Experience with hiring and evaluating software engineers
- Experience coachinf team members and working with high-level management
- Experience with SoC development life cycle Experience with virtualization technologies
- Deep experience in networking protocols, mainly RDMA/Ethernet
- Experience in performance optimizations
