Key job responsibilities
As a Software Development Engineer, you will collaborate with a team of skilled engineers to design and develop low-latency solutions across the frontend, middle tier, and backend. You will evaluate and implement new technologies to address complex challenges, working with tools and platforms such as Java, DynamoDB, Lambda, and other AWS services. Your responsibilities will include:- Designing and developing innovative software solutions to enhance the performance, availability, and durability of Concession Services.
- Writing high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Concession Services’ functionality.
- Staying current with the latest technology advancements to simplify architectures and improve systems.A day in the life
In this role, you will design and code solutions that drive efficiencies in software architecture while creating metrics, implementing automation, and addressing root causes of software defects. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Operating in a dynamic, startup-like environment, focusing on high-priority initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
