Human Resource Manager for UOP, LLC in Des Plaines, IL Responsibilities:
Help to envision and facilitate the integrating, standardizing and transforming of our HR work.
Use data to make decisions. Help in building a performance culture.
Lead talent development and succession.
Drive organizational effectiveness. Both leading change and building change management capability.
Drive standardization and repeatable process discipline.
Act as a coach and confidant.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have aBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Human Resources,Organizational Development, or a related field, and 3 years of experience inHuman Resource Management. Must have 3 years of experience with the following:experience as an operational HR leader; high say/do ratio; identifying needs,setting plans and executing; understanding HR data and driving decisions usingdata; technical HR skills, including legal and process compliance; experiencein large, global businesses with cultural and organizational understanding; andGeneralist background supporting engineering/technical, sales clients, andcomplex organizations. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week. Upto 5% domestic and international travel required.
