Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement, Operations, Finance or related field
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience
  • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft’s financial processes and reporting tehnologies & systems, such as MS Sales, Mercury, Azure Health, Modern Work, Apps and Game Purchase Cube, etc.
  • 8+ years of experience with civil litigation discovery processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 10+ years program management experience, process management, process improvement
    • OR related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, process improvement
  • 8+ years of people management experience
  • Proficient analytical and technical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficientcomunication skillsand executive presence

  • Collaboration:Build andmaintainrelationships with internal/external legalandfinanceteams, anddevelop/sustainexpertiseon internal financial systemstofacilitateefficient,accurate, andtimelydata requests.Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery, define and track success criteria, andmaintain
  • Process Oversight:Develop and standardizeevergreenprocesses for data extraction,strategicallyevolving them asnew technologiesand developments arise.Oversee teams performing program landscape analysis, examining business trends, andidentifyingopportunities for program development
  • Financial Testimony:Providefactwitnesstestimony on behalf of Microsoftregardingfinancial data.
  • Data Navigation and Validation:Lead your team in navigating Microsoft’s financial systems toidentifyresponsive data, vet its accuracy, and assess for anomalies tocomplywithdiscoveryrequestsand other legal obligations
  • Communication and Reporting:Ensure teams communicate program status and risks to stakeholders, hold them accountable to schedules, and promote the program to gain buy-in
  • Data Analytics and Insights:Oversee teams conducting cost-benefit analyses, evaluating success metrics, andoptimizingthe use of data analytics to derive insights andidentifyrisks and opportunities.
