• Proficient in analyzing and evaluating deal structures to provide insights and recommendations for clients. Strong understanding of financial modeling techniques and frameworks to assess deal viability. Experience in conducting due diligence and identifying key risk factors in transactions. Ability to leverage analytical skills to support deal negotiation and execution strategies. Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics that influence deal management outcomes.

Qualification

• MBA from Tier 1 College

Experience

• Project Management (6+ years)
