Your role:
- Developing clinical user and/or installation and service documentation for patient monitoring products, along with preparing documentation plans from engineering documentation, field requirements and/or customer requirements.
- Participating with cross functional teams to represent documentation status and deliverables, while providing input to program schedules and milestones.
- Adhering to Philips templates and processes to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Working with external vendors (e.g. Translation, Printer) through the documentation development lifecycle.
- Identifying areas of improvement in our processes and products and implementing them within the team as appropriate. As well as implementing guidelines and/or requirements of appropriate standards.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in a documentation environment, with a focus on technical writing. Experience within a regulated industry – preferred.
- Your skills include strong knowledge and usage of tools such as: AuthorIt, FrameMaker, Schema ST4 and/or Adobe InDesign.
- You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in technical writing, or equivalent experience.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and have the ability to be highly collaborative.
