About the role

  • As a Channel Partner Leader you will be responsible for managing relationships, negotiations, with the Central America Channel Partner Network.
  • On the role, you will develop strong sales strategies according to the company corporate global and local strategy to secure the Channel Partner meet sales target.
  • The Channel Partner Leader must ensure the Channel Partners complies with all practices, trainings and certifications, Boston Scientific request to be completed by the Channel Partner.
  • Demostrated ability in the creation of divisional multichannel sales (tier/channel, optimal product mix) by innovation and multiple strategies in the sales model, according to the business needs.
  • On the job you will be requested to bring local and global market trends, along with data that allows the decision making less risky. It includes the continuous analysis for actual and potential channel partners (Partner performance data).

  • Availability to travel at least 50% of time
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly motivated team where flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment that request the ability to prioritize and decision making.

Required qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Central America Countries Health Systems is a must.
  • Advanced English Language (at least B2 level).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Respiratory Therapy, Certified Radiology Technician or similar. Master’s degree is considered a plus.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in the Performance Management of a Channel Partner: Weekly Sales Reviews using a Customer Relationship Management system and a Reporting or Analytics system.
  • Office at user level, advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros desirable).
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in Central America healthcare accounts. Multi-country experience along Central America is desired.
  • Customer focus and growth mindset.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge in SAP is considered a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau platform is desired.
