The Academic Research Engagements Project Manager is responsible for the management and execution of projects related to external research collaborations and funding to universities, as well as supporting related programs such as research publications and research workshops. They will be responsible for driving value from engagements and socializing results to relevant groups internally, and will act as a point of contact for both internal and external partners. This role requires the ability to build strong relationships, coordinate across cross-functional partners, and deliver multiple projects in parallel with varying scopes and timelines. We are looking for a creative problem solver who can strategize and implement solutions in an ever-changing environment.- Support execution of AIML research workshops throughout the year as a member of on site event staff. - Exhibit outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders.- Use strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities across various projects and engagements, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.
Minimum Qualifications
  • - 3+ years of experience in project management, academic engagement, or a related field, ideally within a technology or research-driven organization.
  • - Strong experience with leading, organizing and completing concurrent projects with rolling deadlines.
  • - Extraordinary relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels in the organization.
  • - Possess natural curiosity to drive the next levels of business questions and insights and not afraid to ask questions.
  • - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
  • - Ability to filter and distill meaningful information for the right audience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,900 and $188,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
