of Product Managers and Group Product Managers to drive strategic planning, establish PM best practices, mentor PMs, drive Cross-Functional alignment, and resolve large scale conflicts.
Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise , internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases .

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required/MBA a huge plus!
10 + years in product management, digital advertising, self-serve platforms, publisher experiences .
Experience in building demand side platforms (DSP) and/or Supply side platform (SSP) is a plus.
Product, operations, business or engineering background is preferred
Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally
Passionate about advertising and have experience creating compelling solutions that work both for end-users and advertisers.
P assionate about generating big, creative ideas for online media, growing the business and working with advertisers and agencies to build innovative products.
