Qualifications
- Achieve Bookings/Revenue targets for the region.
- Closely work with direct team and distributors to develop and execute sales growth plans. Establish a regular cadence for growing the business which includes regular visits for business reviews, trade shows and customer visits
- Ability to manage strategic sales accounts directly and assist with technical selling, business development, qualifying new applications, markets, and customers
- Support direct sales team and distributors with respect to product information, system configurations, quotations and marketing tools
- Understand the metrology requirements of customers and suggest solutions using KLA’s various metrology and defect inspection techniques.
- Deliver accurate product sales forecasts through close management of sales forecasting via CRM
- Performance management including coaching of sales team members to achieve maximum potential and continuous monitoring of performance to important metrics
- Work closely with colleagues in Marketing to develop lead generation strategies including in targeted strategic vertical markets
- Formal reporting and feedback to management and Business Units on the execution of sales strategy, competitive landscape and overall business performance within the region
- Deliver long term growth for the region which includes recruitment/training of team members and driving best-in-class sales processes across the organization
- Willing to travel up to 50%
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering undergraduate degree. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of automated metrology or inspection tools tosemiconductor/electronicscustomers in China. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals, but also equally comfortable working independently Ability to deliver effective technical presentations to customers Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication along with accomplished digital literacy Experience with Miller Heiman Sales techniques and Salesforce CRM is a plus
