Boston Scientific Senior Marketing Strategy Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Launch Strategy & Execution: Lead the design and execution of account launch strategies, including segmentation, readiness planning, KPI tracking, and timeline management to ensure successful adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and implement strategies across pricing and demand planning, with a focus on optimizing adoption across different sites of services
  • Market Insights: Drive external research and competitive analysis to shape strategy, including customer insights, benchmarking, market readiness activities, and forward-looking scenario planning.
  • Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders across cardiology to build value tools, align with adjacent technologies, and integrate launches within the broader portfolio strategy.
  • Use classic marketing capabilities to further business objectives, such as market understanding, market segmentation, customer targeting, product positioning and message development
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could impact the competitive landscape, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing, engineering or healthcare preferred)
  • 5+ years prior experience in consulting, product management, business strategy/analytics or strategic marketing
  • Strong marketing fundamentals, data analysis skills (e.g., Tableau, Excel), and the ability to create strategies and influence within the organization.
  • Experience leading global product launches
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience creating compelling presentations and effective communication of recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects, incorporating diverse needs from numerous stakeholders and delivering on commitments
  • Demonstrated experience conducting market assessments and segmentation.
  • Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creating compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentations

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Previous experience in Electrophysiology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor and effectively in a team-based environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Healthcare or medical device marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to develop deep clinical and commercial expertise in medical device therapies and products preferred
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel a plus




Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
