- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in real estate investment, real estate consulting, or related research roles.
- Experience working on a team involved in real estate investment or consulting, Real Estate Investment Trusts, financial analysis, or real estate investment analysis with asset or market analysis.
- Experience gathering market data to prepare real estate market analyses, business analytics or insights, and contributing to material that can be used in executive presentations, cross-functional program development, and more.
- Ability to perform quantitative analysis that connects business objectives to site acquisition activities.
