We are looking for a candidate to handle the Risk Management activities with a demonstrated ability to work well in teams, develop new ideas, and take ownership of the initiatives. You will oversee all aspects of HR Risk and provide day to day risk support across all facets of the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Notably, you will work closely with the HRBP and Global Risk teams to align on roles and responsibilities to ensure comprehensive delivery of HR risk activities across areas of risk assessment, risk aggregation and risk reporting. You will have dynamic responsibilities associated with Capital One India’s HR Risk area, helping to ensure a timely and accurate month-end risk reporting, in addition to managing Policy documents - forming an integral part of the job. You will also work with an outstanding team to implement the Risk Management framework and collaborate on recommended solutions.
Responsibilities
Maintaining HR specific policies, procedures and guidelines for compliance with Local law and Enterprise standard.
Influence updates to policies, standards to enhance HR risk activities
Ongoing monitoring/ reporting on HR Risk including:
HR Risk metrics
Compliance risk related to HR Law
Managing HR Business Continuity Plans
Ideate and implement HR Risk Management framework and refresh based on evolving business needs/ risks
Identify ways to improve and streamline HR risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferable
At least 8 years of overall experience
Good knowledge on Risk Management framework and implementation
Good communication skills - Verbal, written and presentation
