Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Software Quality Assurance Manager
  • Established pattern of building strong teams – attracting, hiring, motivating, and retaining the best engineers
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, QA terminology and processes
  • Prior experience with video and/or photo editing
  • Prior experience with automation, Unix, and scripting tools and techniques (Python, JavaScript, Swift, Shell, etc.)
  • Prior experience with iOS and macOS
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient at balancing multiple efforts simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines
  • Persistent and inquisitive problem solver, committed to driving quality forward
  • Superior organizational and communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Ability to work well with all levels of engineers, managers, project managers, and designers
  • Excellent cross-functional influencer
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic, schedule-driven environment

Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $210,900 and $364,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
