Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium consumer experience
- Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom model.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Brand Flagship Store.
- Demonstrates accountability for store performance by maximising the allocation of resources and executes processes to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Supports and coordinates the receiving and stock prep process for deliveries, collaborating with the back-of-house team to maximise resources appropriately for efficient receipt of products.
- Sustains integrity of inventory within the store by implementing correct stock accuracy procedures as well as undertaking weekly inventory cycle counts.
- Transfers stock accurately and efficiently to other stores according to requirements communicated by District Manager and Retail Merchandise team.
- Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
