What you’ll be doing:

• Provide in-depth and insightful test feedback on the quality of NDAS L2 driving functions (ACC, LK, and LC) and parking functions, based on the performance metrics demonstrated through offline-replay and in-car testing.

• Integrate, test and sign-off L2 SW stack’s code change and model update, and drive theRoot-Cause-Corrective-Action(RCCA) process to continuously improve the quality of NDAS SW release,

• Analyze the root-cause of the issues identified in tests, and align with developers cross teams for a proper resolution of these issues.

• Join force with component team developers, when necessary, and produce production-quality code to component code base.

What we need to see:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent experience.

• 10+ total years related experience in software development, with 3+ most recent years of hands-on dev experience in ADAS features.

• Good coding skills in modern C++.

• Deep understanding of the L2 ADAS product features in China market.

• Hands-on experience in debugging hard ADAS SW problems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to strive in a cross-disciplinary environment.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

• Experience of working as an integration and testing lead in a SOP-ed AV product.

• Hands-on development experience in one or more modules such as obstacle perception, prediction, planning. and control.

• Rich experience of in-car testing with great intuition of first-level triaging (from symptom to component).

• Familiar with CI/CD process, test automation, Jenkins, Log-Sim reply.
