Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading complex discovery management in litigations and investigations.
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
- Strong technology interest and aptitude.
- Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience and experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting.
- Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams.
- Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, while exploring new areas of expertise as business needs change.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner.
- Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk.
- Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others.
- Maintain high ethical standards both personally and professionally; shows integrity and fairness in dealings with others; is reliable and trustworthy.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $199,700 and $299,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
