Key job responsibilities
As a key member of the GTMO Sales Tech, this role will play a key part in Amazon Business' SFDC strategy and execution. You will:
- Focus on strategic, tactical and technical initiatives involving Salesforce.com and AWS Connect.- Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce’s Force.com capabilities and make recommendations to support a rapidly increasing org.- Implement best practices by developing, refining, iterating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Experience performing technical analysis, design, development, implementation of Salesforce and AWS applications with necessary customizations.
- Experience supporting cross systems and AWS integrations across native Salesforce eco system.
- Experience building solutions on Salesforce.com platform and experience developing in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex , Web Services and API's to integrate with AWS connect and other systems
- Experience troubleshooting and fixing defects for planned releases and production issues
