Professional Background:
5+ years in product management targeting large enterprise customers. Including translating business strategy to value proposition, roadmap, product requirements, driving priorities across the relevant groups (software, architecture, system engineering, devops), and overseeing the end-to-end software lifecycle and value realization
Previous experience in network technologies such as RAN, 5G, LTE, WiFi, OSS/BSS
A passion to learn, innovate, and find creative solutions for complex technology challenges
Outstanding technical and analytical competency to lead discussions on emerging domains and value propositions
Customer-facing experience. Operational / project management background – an advantage
Background in IT management systems, and cloud-based solutions – an advantage
Strong technical background, Prior experience in engineering (software or systems) role is preferred.
Effective and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with multinational teams and the charisma to drive and motivate teams
A positive, get-stuff-done, collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English language skills; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
What you will be doing
Hands-on creation of product vision, roadmaps, plans, and requirements
Crystalize the product offering and value proposition working closely with customers, partners & market leaders
Identify, analyze, quantify, and prioritize product initiatives aligned with company goals, business strategy and the product vision.
Manage the life cycle of an exciting cloud solution, from planning through development and testing to production. Work in full collaboration with development, architects, system engineers, radio experts, cloud and ML/AI teams to deliver value to our customers.
Take part in business processes, go-to-market strategies, and in the winning of strategic customers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain and demonstrate product value and usage.
Conduct product and technology research and leverage market and technology trends into the product.
