QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Applied Statistics, Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Analytics or related quantitative field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Machine Learning Engineer, Structural Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: machine learning pipeline infrastructures and model building on a distributed Spark computation platform such as Hadoop, HDFS, Teradata, AWS cloud, or Hive; programming in Python and JVM-based programming languages including Java and Scala; interpreting and explaining machine learning models including XGBoost and GBM; developing or applying statistical modeling and advanced machine learning techniques such as GLM Regression, Random Forest, Boosting Trees, Neural Network, Clustering, KNN, or Anomaly Detection to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data in order to identify useful information.
