Within SaT, the TRS services helps clients deal with different forms of threats including economic change, competitor innovation, capital constraints, operational challenges, etc
Your key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage insolvency cases from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and adherence to regional practices
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, to ensure all necessary information is received and communicated effectively.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with onshore teams involved in insolvency cases.
- Monitor and control budgets, project plans and resources to ensure all work is completed to high standards, on time and within budget.
- Oversee the work of the other team members, providing support and coaching when necessary.
- Contribute to improving insolvency processes and procedures to maintain efficiency within the department.
- Regular and proactive reporting to senior management on progress, problems, solutions, and key metrics.

- Strong knowledge of insolvency laws, practices, and procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse group of professionals.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of the key business drivers and potential risks involved in insolvency cases.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure, with a highly self-motivated, resilient and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and proficient in utilizing financial software packages.
- Possession of or working towards an Insolvency Practitioner’s License would be advantageous.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Chartered Accountancy/ MBA in Finance from a premiere institute
- Certified Insolvency Professional
- 7+ years of PQE in:
- Insolvency firms that specialize in providing services related to insolvency, bankruptcy, restructuring, and financial advisory
- Management Consultancy firms and Big 4’s
- Large Indian corporates with exposure in restructuring activities, analytics, and corporate finance role
- Exposure to IBC or equivalent code
