Research and Development Organization in Health and Life Sciences Platform Team. The technical program manager will suppor all projects handled by the Data Services team, including tracking of projects at various stages, projects handled by External Resources (Suppliers) to include keeping track of PO deliverables, ID management, compliance tracking, etc.., and raise any red flags in timely manner and help achieving the business goals. You will also be supporting other efforts in the Data Services team where there is requirement for collaboration between multiple teams to establish process and efficient workflow to support the business. As the research teams are spread across the globe, the role requires flexibility in work hours to accommodate coordination between different teams located in different time zones. With the changes in AI, the requirements for Research and Development can change quickly, so adaptability is key and to align the

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance management or related field AND 2+ years work experience in project management, process management, process improvement
o OR equivalent experience.


PRINCE2, PMP, CPMP or equivalent certifications.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance management or related field AND 4+ process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience


OR equivalent experience.


· Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications.


· Maintains supplier governance for outsourced work on behalf of Microsoft. Executes standardization of supplier processes. Monitors and analyzes supplier performance, controls, and metrics.

· Designs the process and defines business outcomes for simple processes/parts of a process to assess process performance by conducting research and investigations. Facilitates work to help align with yearly goals, anchoring to industry standards and process measures, controls, monitoring compliance, and optimizing stakeholder experience.
· Executes the process in accordance with compliance and controls. Facilitates end-to-end process view by providing data, research, and assessment results to manager and team. Facilitates stakeholder collaboration to drive process outcomes, with guidance. Compiles information on pain points to assist with identification of alternative solutions and options to resolve challenges with business partners.

· Monitors and evaluates processes, including running and measuring metrics to ensure the process is performing as expected. Conducts data analysis to support a straightforward process/part of a process and provides evidence for identifying opportunities (e.g., aligning to industry standards, increasing productivity/efficiency, maintaining compliance/controls). Facilitates benchmarking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicates findings to their manager to maintain continuous feedback loops across stakeholders.
· Incorporates process methodologies to suggest process-level process improvements, including optimizing,
maintaining, and transforming current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Compiles feedback from others to build a business case for change and shares with manager.
· Facilitates process-level change management efforts, using working understanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impact on stakeholders, data, tools, systems, policy).

· Executes end-to-end governance for simple processes/parts of a process. Documents flow, controls, underlying systems, and requirements needed.

· Executes process-level risk mitigation controls and/or anticipates risk across a simple process lifecycle (e.g., design, execution, optimization, evaluation), including logging and tracking risk. Shares process risk information with team.
