Boston Scientific Product Manager II - Obsidio

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead downstream marketing strategy and execution for Obsidio, including competitive intelligence and competitive blunting activities
  • Build deep clinical and technical expertise in embolization, product therapies, and competitive strategies to support the ongoing growth of the Obsidio Develop and leverage relationships with sales teams, and key cross-functional partners including supply chain, R&D, sales operations, project management, and finance
  • Lead the development and implementation of Obsidio promotional and educational assets to communicate clinical data along with product features and benefits to customers and field team members
  • Oversee demand and financial forecasting for Obsidio to ensure accurate and strategic planning
  • Develop key selling tools, communications, and digital campaigns, including case libraries and physician testimonials
  • Support key sales training activities, including National Sales Meetings and regional training sessions

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of marketing experience within medical device and/or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop commercial expertise in medical device therapies and product
  • Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member
  • Ability to travel 15-20%, mostly domestic with potential for international travel

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or related Master’s degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and apply creative problem-solving

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
