EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Hands-on experience in executing large End-to-End Implementations and/or large Cloud Migrations of SAP Applications, HANA Database Migration, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, S/4HANA Conversion Projects etc.
• Experience in Designing SAP System Landscape, Defining Implementation or Migration Strategies & Detailed Planning is big plus.
• Ability to assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations) and support with ongoing projects.
• Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security, Single Sign-ON Technologies, Infrastructure Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc. will be a big plus.
• Good knowledge and understanding of new dimensional SAP products, Technologies, and Methodologies (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, BIGDATA, SDI, SLT, ILM)
• Provide technical product expertise, consulting support to SAP customer.
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing reference able customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
• Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
• A record of taking initiatives, driving results, and accepting increasing levels of responsibility
• Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree
• Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
• Must be open to travel on short notice. (Long term or short term)
• SAP Certifications (NetWeaver, HANA, OSDB – or a combination of these)
• AWS/Azure/Google Cloud: Solution or Architect certifications

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Good working knowledge of databases like HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase ASE, MaxDB, DB2 etc.
• Experience in working with SAP Applications viz. S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP GRC, ETD, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP CPI, SAP NetWeaver etc.
• Experience in Technical setup of BTP services
• Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, OS/400, etc.)
• Technical skills in SQL, Database (SQL) knowledge, database management, Architecting, Advisory
• 3 +years of work experiencein SAPBasis role

LANGUAGE EXPECTATION

• Fluent Japanese and English speaking can communicate with global customer independently.
