Key job responsibilitiesTCP/IP networking knowledge
Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies
Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with common networking terms and fabric based network design.
Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflow.Troubleshooting cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipmentDeliver simple, sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes.Participate in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
Troubleshoot difficult IT problems without SOPs.
Plan and coordinate CMs and CM templates.
Participate in hiring, training and development of others.
Lead and Deliver projects.
Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, including Routers, Switches, Load Balancers and Firewalls at the enterprise level.
- 4+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 3+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 4+ years of technical support experience
- 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
- Ability to manage high priority projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of supporting a windows server environment experience
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
- 2+ years DevOps experience; Familiar with one or more coding language
