Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Experience with spreadsheet software, SQL, and data analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of advertisers' marketing goals.
Familiarity with Display/Video Ads businesses, particularly on YouTube.
Knowledge of statistics and excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
Ability to work through ambiguity in an unstructured environment.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence executive leadership.
