- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing, or a related function.
- Experience in people management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to leverage travel data and insights for continuous program optimization and cost savings.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements and partnerships with airlines, hotels, and travel management companies.
