As a Product Manager in Consumer and community Banking team , you will help build the Self Service Platform foundations that will power a variety Chase Digital Self-Service products . You will collaborate with product owners both within and outside of the team, designers, engineering leads and analytics experts to develop a robust cloud based platform with the ability to enable the build out of conversational and screen experiences across the enterprise.
Job responsibilities
- Build the platform foundation and partner with technology and analytics stakeholders in the process
- Drive the execution of assigned prioritized initiatives in the roadmap, primarily focused on Platform capabilities.
- Partner with Product Delivery Mangers to plan and prioritize the backlog of the supporting scrum teams to align with roadmap and product vision
- Own accountability for requirements delivery from start-to-finish, including in-production performance and step in as-needed for issue triage and remediation to ensure consistent production quality.
- Manage time and work-load effectively in order to support a healthy backlog of requirements.
- Attend and contribute to all scrum/agile ceremonies
- Maintain strong control practices by perform monthly control validation of feature accuracy.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of product management or relevant experience ideally working with platform products
- Demonstrated experience with leveraging technical insights to drive product strategy, enhance user experience, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Demonstrates thought-leader abilities and/or a proven record of success learning and performing in functional and technical capacities
- Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
- Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
