Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience working in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong numerical and financial skills with an understanding of financial statements.
• Prior experience and good knowledge of the Corporate Finance landscape.
• Ability to manage sell side and buy side mandates, structure and negotiate successful transactions.
• Detailed financial and commercial analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Project management skills and effective time management.
• Resilience under pressure to meet deadlines.

Ideally, you will also have

• Relevant analytical or financial qualifications.
• Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry experience.
• Analytical approach coupled with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
