Responsibilities

• Be assigned to designated business unit(s) and participate in global automation and continuous improvement activities
• Work closely with various business units and parties to identify solutions for manufacturing process improvement or cost saving initiatives to align with overall operation strategy
• Responsible for technical reviewing, Cycle Time optimizing and Quality improvement
• Develop optimized process and machine parameters and settings to achieve required product functional and quality levels
• Implement new production assembly procedures and process and product control parameters

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, other Engineering or Science disciplines
• 2 years or above in process improvement role in manufacturing industry
• Previous experience in new project follow-up
• A team player who is eager to learn and with good work attitude
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
