Enhancing management systems and tools for efficient Project & Services HSE programs.

Monitoring and addressing emerging HSE regulations' impacts.

Resolving potential non-compliance or litigation related to HSEPS matters.

Advising management on HSE solutions and compliance.

Representing AP Project & Services HSE in leadership forums.

Establishing a robust governance & auditing program.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• BSc or MSc degree in HSEPS, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading Field Operations HSEPS teams.
• 10+ years delivering HSEPS services with progressive leadership.
• Expertise in HSEPS compliance, emerging trends.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Experience in service, process, facilities maintenance, or construction industries is preferred.
