Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of Product, Partner, Business Development or Channel Marketing experience with multi-national tech companies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Work and Business Applications portfolio of products (Microsoft 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Business Central, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider program

  • Written and spoken communication skills at all altitudes, with actionable clarity

  • Compelling storytelling and presentation skills, experience presenting to leadership level audiences

  • Ability to solicit, synthesize, and act on inputs from peers

  • Collaborator on complex multi-faceted issues across multiple groups, with awareness to establish relationships that result in the right outcomes for the business and our customers.

  • Ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear “ownership” of an issue.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in identifying opportunities and strategies for external partnerships based on a deep understanding of the market opportunity, existing CSP partner capacity and ability to enable incremental growth through CSP.
  • Work closely with peers in Business Development, Business Planning and Finance to develop business cases for strategic partnerships as the CSP GTM expert and business owner.
  • Partner with commerce engineering and business planning to evaluate new channel constructs, driving strategic partner execution to deliver SMB Net Paid Seat Adds to the Microsoft 365 business.
