Description

• Lead a team of software architects, software developers and software project managers to design and implement software solutions for Body Controls.
• Responsible for meeting program deliverables and launching of software solutions for Body Controls features and functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internal and external to Ford to ensure effective software integration.
• Work with Body engineering teams to identify and develop new software control strategies to support feature development.
• Manage software system release process.
• Drive effective agile software development practices within the team and ensure agile tools are utilized effectively.
• Lead all Dev Ops and CI/CD operations to support the Body Control Modules.
