Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:· Identify, propose and implement strategies to grow your business across a variety of international regions
· Collaborate with external partners to build promotion plans and execute the end-to-end promotion process.· Develop and track key performance metrics to help meet business KPIs, including customer acquisition and revenue targets
· Identify and evangelize opportunities to improve processes to increase overall team efficiency
· Present and explain promotion performance to internal and external stakeholders through weekly meetings, business reviews and reports

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
