The candidate will bring a wealth of program management experience, process excellence training and/or a paralegal background with an emphasis on process organization and driving efficiency.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in program management, as a paralegal, or in a similar role with a focus on organizational skillsand process excellence.
  • Understanding of legal processes and operations within the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • in using legal management software and toolsor comparable softwareand toolsin a related field.
  • with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High levelof professionalism and attention to detail.

Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and streamlineregulatory, compliance and other newgaminglegal requirementsacross various gaming business divisions, ensuringtimelycompliance,consistencyand efficiency.
  • Track teamKPIs on regulatory implementation,outreachand policy initiatives,including by tracking milestones, deadlines and following up with cross-functional stakeholders, to improve organization, proactivity, project management and cross-functional communication with business partnersfor greater impact and business outcomes.
  • Act as team point person working with technical experts on development of new tools and technology to help with process improvements.
  • Support and manage special projects and various workstreams for legal department, including by tracking milestones, deadlines and following up with cross-functional stakeholders, to improve organization, proactivity, project management and cross-functional communication with business partners.
