Your key responsibilities

• Analyse, understand and document client needs from a Business perspective and work with the client to arrive at optimal solutions leveraging the experience and expertise in OT/Control systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA)
• Identify integration needs with any other in house/third party systems and provide detailed information about these systems to Solution Architects as well as Technical Team
• Act as an interface between Client Teams and Technical Team
• Explore opportunities for transformation and suggest ideas/recommend ways to transform the way the client works to be truly digital in the Digital Era to outperform competitors and gain advantage in the market

Skills and attributes for success

• Deliver large/medium P&U Sector specific solutions/OT (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA) as well as Control Systems
• Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA) knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
• Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management
• Experience working with clients throughout various parts of implementation lifecycle
• Proactive with Solution oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for Client requirements
• Demonstrate people management and an ability to conduct and lead consultancy assignments
• Be result oriented as well as people focused
• Be able to manage a team, empathetic and work with Leadership for the development of the overall team

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Relevant experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA) Implementation/Technical advisory
• Should be well versed with functional concepts of business analysis with relevant knowledge in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA) and Gap analysis
• Should be well conversant in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA), products/technologies, frameworks, business metadata management and relevant architectural components.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of FLISR over to ensure that the distribution system is working reliably, Suggest Mitigation plans, create roadmap & strategy
• Collaborate with the GIS, Network Modelling , System Planning and Distribution control centre teams to enhance the accuracy of current load flow i.e Power flow tuning using OSI monarch & other analysis software.
• Evaluate Load flow status, streamline the modelling and analysis of the impacts of DERs and EVs, in conjunction with FLISR.
• Carry out contingency analysis, Short Circuit analysis, Fault Location and other reliability studies.
• Carry out input data validation activities for power system data sets(load profile, customer load data, equipment attributes, etc)
• Building the Limits & Configuration settings for ADMS applications
• Familiar with FAT/SAT/UAT testing of ADMS applications
• Knowledge of Protection & Co-ordination schemes
• Previous working experience for US Grid and Utility clients
• Strong business analysis skills
• Strong command over business process design

• Prioritize deliveries in conjunction with implementation team
• Adopt a proactive, logical and organized approach to problem resolution
