As a Product Owner, you will work with multi-disciplinary teams to make the voice of the customers/stakeholders a reality through product definition, planning, specification, development, V&V and commercialization throughout the product lifecycle. You will manage the solution offerings throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for grooming features, prioritization of those features and coaching scrum team members to comprehend and develop those features.As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for proposing technical solutions, conducting technical design reviews, and identifying technical risks and mitigating them. You will coach team members to bring clarity on the design and implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Interact with customers/stakeholders in voice of customer requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.

• Own the strategic product roadmap & customer feature sets for the solution offerings per the customer value propositions and market viability.

• Directly contribute to the vision, strategy, and realization of the services portfolio through collaboration with other product and program teams.

• Participate in the domain technical and business discussions.

• Collaborate with program managers to clearly define scope for releases, work closely with engineering teams to assist in backlog prioritization.

• Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer/stakeholder problems and needs.

• Translate requirements / features / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards.

• Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

• Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and bring clarity on the requirements/user stories for Agile Scrum teams.

• Articulate the value of what is most important to the business/customer to achieve outcomes.

• Actively participate in grooming, PI planning, sprint reviews and demos.

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive, architecture viewpoint.

• Gather and analyze data and develop architectural requirements at project level.

• Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure.

• Provide technical leadership to an agile team of 5-7.

• Support the development software and data delivery platforms with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods.

• Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.

• Define the features/capabilities at the solution level and work with cross-functional teams to deliver them.

• Engage frequently with development teams, facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation.

• Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques

• Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse.

• Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for projects.

• Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.

• Produce functional area information in sufficient detail for cross-functional teams to utilize, using presentation and storytelling concepts.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

Technical Skills :

• 10+ years of product development and/or leading product lifecycle management with global teams

• Experience in one or more programming languages: C++, Java, GO, Python.

• Expert in Agile methodology.

• Expertise in REST based Services, Container, K8S/K3S, Design Patterns.

• Should be obsessed with code quality, code performance and tools usage.

• Experience with Unix / Linux based programming.

• Ability to Analyze, design, and develop a software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state of the business.

• Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications; Experience with complex solution configurations.

• Ability to consult customer on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level.

• Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale. Able to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Uses two-way communication to influence outcomes and ongoing results.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve and communicate complex problems by focusing on the critical factors.

Leadership Skills :

• Foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources, rally teammates.

• Ability to work with and/or lead blended teams, including 3rd party partners and customer personnel.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels.

• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills

• Identifies misalignments with goals, objectives, and work direction against the organizational strategy. Makes suggestions to course correct.

• Ability to influence and build consensus with other Information Technology (IT) teams and leadership.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle & Milestones.

• Understanding of QMS and PRD Processes.

• Developing platform solutions for Healthcare Imaging and Radiology workflows.

• Experience working on software projects in the Healthcare domain.

• Certified Product Owner is desirable.

• Demonstrated Change Management /Acceleration capabilities.
