What You Will Be Doing:
  • Provide timely, accurate, reliable financial reporting using defined reporting tools.
  • Deliver management reporting packages and business scorecards for Senior management working closely with the Finance Business partners.
  • Ad-hoc support. Provide financial modelling and financial analysis for various ad-hoc financial projects.
  • Active participation in new tool implementation and process re-engineering activities.
  • Ensure reconciliation between various systems (Adaptive/Workday/NetSuite)
  • Perform month-end closing activities including, but not limited to, expense accruals, journal entries and supporting schedules/ analysis.
  • Support monthly and quarterly spending budget versus actual analysis and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and doing variance analysis.
What You Bring With You:
  • 2-4 Years experience in finance function
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, NetSuite, Adaptive or any other similar tool.
  • Experience in analytics is preferable.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
  • Maintaining relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners across functions and countries
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Netsuite
