You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful verification and validation of firmware designs for our innovative products in the home and building automation industry.

You will report directly to our Engineering Director, and you'll work out of our Northford, Connecticut location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the quality and reliability of our firmware designs.

You will lead a team of talented engineers and collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive design verification plans.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000- $140,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. • Lead and supervise the design verification activities for embedded firmware projects

• Develop and execute comprehensive design verification plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define verification requirements and test strategies

• Review and analyze firmware design specifications and requirements

• Conduct and oversee firmware testing and debugging activities

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware design and verification

• Strong understanding of firmware development processes and methodologies

• Experience with firmware testing and debugging tools

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in embedded firmware design and verification with a focus on real-time embedded systems and safety critical applications.
• Strong embedded firmware design skills, including C, C++, etc.
• Familiarity with hardware-software integration and system-level testing
• Experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies for verification and validation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, communicate effectively and drive projects to successful completion.
