Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data and utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Lead and execute all aspects of digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Run regular deep analysis on data, identify actionable insights and recommendations.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Discuss with business stakeholders and set up relevant Ad Campaigns and track them.
- Strategize, experiment and execute new ways of reaching our target audience by creating and analyzing dashboards, data visualizations, campaign and website performance reports; transform raw data into actionable business insights and specifications for the engineering team.
- Manage all digital marketing channels and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Spearhead the mapping of business requirements to optimal technical solutions and communicate/present the findings to colleagues, senior managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics and perform activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis.
- Implement Google Analytics on complex setups that include multiple domains, shopping carts, mobile apps etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or
- Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Deep expertise, understanding and knowledge of Digital Marketing solutions including campaigns, paid-search and other data analytics tools
- Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics
- Be an expert in Google Analytics implementation, Google tag manager, Google search console, Google Ads and reporting capabilities
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experienced in using the SEO/SEM allied tools to ensure that the brand is at the forefront
Physical Requirements
Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to life, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
