  • Employee Well-being : Focus on employee health and well-being with various wellness programs and initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Translate schematic diagrams provided by engineers into accurate PCB layouts using design software (e.g., Altium).
  • Assemble and solder components onto PCBs with precision and care, ensuring proper alignment and connection.
  • Perform functional testing of assembled PCBs using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools to verify performance.
  • Conduct continuity, resistance, and voltage tests to ensure circuits operate as intended.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues such as short circuits, open circuits, or faulty components.
  • Perform environmental and stress tests (e.g., thermal cycling, vibration testing) to qualify PCBs for specific applications.
  • Test PCBs in their intended application in partnership with design engineers from mechanical, electro-magnetic, and software disciplines.
  • Document test results and provide feedback to engineers for design improvements.
  • Inspect PCBs for defects, such as solder bridges, cold joints, or misaligned components.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) and company quality guidelines.
  • Work closely with engineers to resolve design or assembly issues and improve production performance.
  • Assist in the development of testing procedures and qualification protocols for new PCB designs and their final applications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in PCB layout, assembly, and soldering.
  • Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer).
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and schematics.
  • Experience with testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, dynamometers, and signal generators.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB assembly and inspection.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise soldering and assembly.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electronic circuits.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and team members.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Associate degree or certification in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with environmental and motor testing (e.g., thermal, vibration, humidity, torque/speed, efficiency).
  • Knowledge of surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole assembly techniques.
