Your impact
Specific duties include:
- Client management including showcasing technical expertise.
- Preparation of design concepts for upcoming projects including Power load calculations, renewable energy generation concepts, net metering strategies etc.
- Sizing and designing of MRSS (Main receiving substation) and DSS (Distribution/ zonal substation).
- Designing distribution networks and cable corridors.
- Conceptualize utility tunnels carrying multiple services including strategies for branch connections.
- Technical bid analysis, vendor drawing reviews, liaising with vendors and contractors.
- Contractor work progress monitoring and invoice approvals
- Can Lead/participates in contract negotiations with subcontractors.
- Involved in preparation of contracts, lease negotiations.
Here's what you'll need
About you
- Have full time bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
from recognized university and a full time Master’s degree in power
system or equivalent is preferred. - Minimum 15 years of experience in design, implementation and
commissioning of minimum 110 KV power substation, distribution
network, underground cabling network etc. in large infrastructure
projects. - Experience in renewable energy is desirable.
