What a typical day looks like:
• Identify, analyze, and understand customer needs, translating them into actionable product strategies.
• Develop and implement detailed work plans, including defining service levels and ensuring alignment across various company functions.
• Prioritize tasks, projects, and resources with a customer-centric approach, balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement.
• Conduct performance analysis of products, gather customer insights, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive product execution and delivery.
• Ensure smooth transition from development to mass production while maintaining high quality and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team, driving collaboration across engineering, operations, and supply chain functions.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or engineering leadership for multidisciplinary products.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Strong background in hardware product development, with a preference for experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing.
• Project management expertise (PMP, PMO certification is a plus).
• Experience with manufacturing processes and supply chain management—understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) is an advantage.
• Technical acumen in hardware, embedded systems, or system architecture—ability to work closely with R&D and engineering teams.
• Experience with customer-facing roles, including pre-sales, account management, or technical support, is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
