As a Project Management Analyst in the Global BW Allocations team within FFBA you will play a crucial role in supporting project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with line of business stakeholders, data experts, and technology teams across Finance, Credit Risk, and Treasury. Together, we will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and analyze project data to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize, schedule, coordinate, and control project activities and resources
  • Identify issues and risks, including defining a mitigation strategy and risk management approaches, plus communication or escalation processes which may require escalating issues and roadblocks to managers and stakeholders
  • Ensure operational readiness through both rigorous testing and implementation management
  • Support operating model impact assessments and documentation of changes, and drive the implementation communication
  • Drive components of the various initiatives, coordinating across technology and the businesses
  • Define and execute project deliverables, including business requirements
  • Create project scorecards, providing senior management updates

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Experience with project delivery discipline
  • Strong critical and creative thinking skills to synthesize complex data sets into business insights
  • Strong partnership skills and experience influencing key stakeholders
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in Agile discipline, financial services or related industry
  • Familiarity with data acquisition frameworks
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
  • Understanding of change management practices
  • Ability to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency
