Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement audit plans to evaluate the security and effectiveness of internal tools,Cloud and DevOps practices.

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

• Perform internal audits to assess compliance of tools and services with security policies, standards, and best practices.

• Identify and assess risks associated with DevOps practices and the use of internal tools.

• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments on cloud, Network, infrastructure, internal tools and systems.

• Recommend measures to mitigate risks and improve security and compliance.

• Analyze audit data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.

• Present audit results to management and other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with IT, Product Development and cybersecurity teams to implement improvements based on audit findings.

• Monitor the implementation of recommended changes and assess their effectiveness.

• Provide guidance and support for security and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive audit documentation.

• Ensure audit records are organized, secure, and easily accessible.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Proven experience in auditing, IT security, or a related field.

• Experience with doing audits for Cloud environments(e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba)

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).

• Must have programming experience (preferably 2 or more: MySQL, Perl, Golang, Python, C)

• Knowledge of security standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP) will be added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using audit and security assessment tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or a closely related field
