Job Description:

Our goal is to ensure that Intel meets the challenge of producing high quality; reliability products for server, workstation, desktop and mobile market segments. Our responsibilities include:

• Lead and perform debug test to identify failures in platform which may include CPU, chipset, board level and others
• Lead and perform hands-on debug on platform debug and deep IP debug by root causing failures and identifying failing components, which may include CPU, chipset, board level and others
• Developing validation/ test suites and driving continuous improvement into existing validation test suites and methodologies.
• Designing and developing validation tools to support latest validation technologies and methodologies including validation automation, BIOS, platform driver, debug tool and others

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevantvalidation/design/debugexperiences preferred
• Knowledge of SoC platform architectures/PC architecture and hardware setup including debug experiences required
• Strong debugging skills on replicating issue and deep dive into root causing
• Experience with validating Debug features like Traces, Cross trigger, VISA, Scan in Pre-Silicon or Post-Silicon environment
• Experience with hardware lab with test equipment, Debuggers (Lauterbach), Logic analyser, Protocol exercisers or test stations.
• Highly proficient in developing script/flowFamiliar with content automation and debug automation, including hands-on in developing the automation methodology.
• Able to do lightscripting/programming
• Able to influence and convince stakeholders when presenting on new methodology
• Interest in finding out how things work and how to break it.
